The room was spacious, and I appreciated the good, deep bath. Free car parking was a bonus for me. The room was also very clean. That's always important.
The location feels like a bit of an industrial site, ALTHOUGH it is a small walk to the bay.

i found a very nice breakfast. it had quality ingredients. efficient staff managed it well. parking was convenient.
the cold water dispenser was only on the first floor. there were only two ice cubes in the ice machine. the tv could not connect as the electrics were damaged.

the room was spacious (i appreciated the extra space). i found the public areas well maintained, clean, and tidy. the staff were helpful.

fantastic stay in great location

I found the room spacious with two double beds plus bottled water! i was pleased there was both a bath and shower in the ensuite. the buffet breakfast was amazing. I really liked the free parking spaces too.

friendly staff clean room
i found the staff very friendly. the room was clean! the complimentary water facility and the convenient ice machine were very useful . the robes are indeed so cosy!
the lifts experienced some issues. one of the two lifts wasn't working, though this was only a minor inconvenience. one evening, all of the lifts were not working.

Adequate Stay with Disappointing Aspects
warm room no compensation
The room temperature was uncomfortably warm. Even with the air conditioning running constantly, it hardly made a difference. Opening the window introduced significant traffic noise. I told the staff in the morning, but there were no apologies or offers of compensation.

The twin room was spacious and clean. Polite staff were very helpful at all times. The food tasted excellent . I would stay at this hotel again without hesitation.
The TV had limited channels. That was slightly inconvenient.
